Coffee with Rob

Join us in this episode for Coffee where we discuss trauma. Rob is someone who both experienced trauma and became a Trauma Therapist. We discuss what trauma is, Rob briefly covers the effects of trauma, the risk factors that exist and may affect whether someone develops PTSD after experiencing trauma or not.  Rob shares some of his personal experiences in life after trauma as a neurodivergent person. Rob also breaks down what he understands to be PTSD vs Complex PTSD vs Chronic PTSD. We discuss coping skills and Rob explains his coping skills as well as leaves off with a powerful message to anyone who may have experienced childhood trauma.
